Arlene Ann Dudeck, Esquire
Arlene Ann Dudeck is a partner in the firm of Sahlaney, Dudeck & Hochfeld Law Office. She attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she received a B.A. in criminology in 1981 and certification of paralegal in 1985. She graduated from Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law in 1988. Ms. Dudeck’s areas of concentration include commercial real estate acquisitions, financing and leasing, corporate formation and operations, estate planning and estate administration. She is the immediate past President of the Cambria County Bar Association where she serves on the Nominating Committee and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Committee. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and serves on the Council of the Solo and Small Firm Section. She served in the House of Delegates of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Ms. Dudeck is a frequent contributor to the PBA Solo and Small Firm Section Newsletter and her published articles including “Estate Planning Lessons Learned From The Harry Potter Series” and “Pet Trusts: The Law Is Going To The Dogs.” She has presented several Continuing Legal Education programs on Pet Trusts, Free Speech, the Underground Railroad and Pennsylvania’s only witch trial.
