Michael W. Sahlaney, Esquire
Michael W. Sahlaney is a partner in the firm of Sahlaney, Dudeck & Hochfeld Law Office. He attended and graduated with high honors from Dickinson College in 1975 and received his legal degree in 1978 from the National Law Center of George Washington University in Washington D.C. He was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in October 1978. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Cambria County Bar Associations, including the Elder Law Section. He is chairman of the Cambria County Orphans Court Rules Committee.
A significant portion of Mr. Sahlaney’s practice concentrates on estate planning and administration, including estates involving federal estate tax issues, long-term care and elder law issues, and charitable organizations, as well as business issues, including business succession planning.
